Is Storchplan free?

How accurate is the estimate?
We calculate under the BEEG, its guidelines (Richtlinien) and the official wage tax flowchart of the Federal Ministry of Finance. Differences mostly come from special cases such as changing income. What counts is the decision (Bescheid) of your Elterngeldstelle.
Is my data stored?
No. Everything is calculated in your browser. We never see your pay or your due date.
Does this work for births in 2027?
Yes, for all births from 1 May 2025 under the current BEEG. A reform for births from November 2027 is being discussed but has not been passed.
