In short

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics and loads nothing from third-party servers. Every calculator runs in your browser. Your due date, income and plan are not sent to us and not stored.

The Storchplan app stores everything on your device only. There is no account, and we receive no data from the app.

Hosting

The website is hosted by Render Services, Inc., San Francisco, USA, and delivered through a global content delivery network (Cloudflare). When you visit, the provider processes technically necessary access data: IP address, date and time, requested address, browser identifier and referrer. This data is used for operation and security and is kept only for a limited time.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable operation). Render is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR); EU Standard Contractual Clauses apply in addition.

Calculators, calendar file and shared plans

What you enter in the calculators (due date, income, tax class, months) stays in your browser and is gone when you close the page. The website stores nothing on your device.

The calendar file (.ics) with your deadlines is created in your browser and downloaded straight to your device.

If you share a plan as a link or QR code, the details sit in the part of the address after the #. Browsers never send that part to a server; the "view plan" page reads it on your device only. You decide whom you send the link to.

The Storchplan app

The app stores your details on your device only: due date or date of birth, income, plan, deadlines, reminders and ticks. There is no account and no server; we do not receive this data. The app uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools.

Deadline reminders are scheduled locally on your device and only if you turn them on. No data is sent for this.

Purchases ("Storchplan Plus") are handled by Apple through the App Store. We receive no payment or account details; the app only learns on your device whether Plus is active. Apple's privacy policy applies to the purchase.

The "Our plan" PDF, the calendar file, the backup and the plan for the second phone (file or QR code) are created on your device and shared only when you tap, through your device's share menu. You decide where they go. You can delete everything in the app under More → "Delete everything" or by removing the app.

Downloading and updating the app run through Apple's App Store. Apple is responsible for this; Apple's privacy policy applies.

Contact by email

If you write to us, we process your details to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR) and delete them once they are no longer needed.

Our mailbox is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany, which stores emails on our behalf (Art. 28 GDPR).

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Where we process data based on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), you can object at any time. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the Bavarian Data Protection Authority (BayLDA).

You don't have to give us any data; the website and the app work without personal details. There is no automated decision-making or profiling.
